He was predeceased by : his parents, Windom Sr. Josey and Mary Lou Josey; his siblings, Winton and Bessie Glover; and his brother-in-law Roy Glover.

He is survived by : his wife Karen Francine Sheppard; his caregiver Karen; his children, Debra, Rhonda, Shawn (Jennifer), Kyle (Tarynn), Christian (Becky), Bradley and Jeff Smith (Pam); his grandchildren, Dawn, Brandy, Jennifer, Baron, Sarah, Ian, Dylan, Logan, Steven, Brandon, Ava Grace, David and Chad; his niece Susan Biles; and his nephew John L. Glover, III. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 6th 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home - Evans (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
