JACKSONVILLE — Funeral services
for Thelma Josey McDow, age 96, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for
Burial will be held at Jarratt Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mrs. McDow passed away Thursday,
She was born
Mrs. McDow was a member of Craft Baptist Church and was a seamstress.
She is preceded in death by her husband Hugh McDow, sisters Elza Mae Park, Faye
Byrne and Lois Josey, and brothers Clifford Josey, Dave Josey, Felton Bill
Josey and Tommy Josey.
Survivors include daughter Thyra Yarbrough and husband Charles of Jacksonville;
sister Elva Allen of Belton; two granddaughters Misty Majors and Wendi
Yarbrough; one great-granddaughter Stormy Franklin; and several nieces and
nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Byrne, Greg Byrne, Lynn Benton, Willie Josey, Rick
Schelnick and Tracy Park.
