Samuel Josey BAINBRIDGE - Samuel
Josey, 53, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005, in Quincy. The service will be at 11 a.m. EST Thursday at Mount Hosea Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy, with burial at Hannatown Cemetery in Faceville, Ga. Family will receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. EST
today at Williams Funeral Home in Quincy (850-875-4849). Survivors include two sons, Samuel
Edward Josey of Atlanta and Williams Josey of Bainbridge; a daughter, Glenda
Josey of Midway; his mother, Elvira Josey of Bainbridge; a brother, James
Josey of Albany, N.Y.; and four sisters, Emma Lee Griffin of Bainbridge,
Jacqueline Hines of Decatur, Ga., Linda Josey of Palmetto, Ga., and Elvira
Josey-Ourr of Atlanta.
