RAYMOND E. JOSEY
 
Raymond Evander Josey, 67, of San Angelo passed away Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998, in a local hospital. Service will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Beal officiating. Burial will be in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Mr. Josey was born on May 20, 1930, in San Antonio. He worked for Goedcke Cotton Co. for many years as a cotton buyer before starting his own company. R.E. Josey Co. He is survived by his wife, Emmaline Josey of San Angelo; one son, Raymond Josey and wife, Ruth, of Mesquite; two daughters, Sherri Buttweilder and her husband, Robert, of Houston and Christine Fitzgerald of Redondo Beach, Calif.; one stepson, Joe Lawler and wife, Michelle, of San Angelo; four grandchildren; and three special people who cared for him  during the last few months, Darenda Scott, Chris Edwards and Mona Novcaski. 
Pallbearers will be Al Diekmann, Ron Miller, Ed Wagner, Bob Haynes, Gary Samad and Corky Smith.
