Pearl Josey

Pearl Pearson Josey, 99, widow of Cecil Carl Josey, passed away Friday, February 18, 2011.
Born in Alabama on January 1, 1912 to the late Steve and Mallie Robinson Pearson. Mrs. Josey was a homemaker and attended First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS and Northside Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga, TN.
She is survived by her daughter, Helen J. Chadwick, Frankfort; her son Leonard M. Josey, Chattanooga, TN; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10am Monday at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Dr. Jack Brewer and Rev. Wayne Sayre officiating. A reception will follow at Clark Legacy Center. Burial will take place in Lakewood Memorial Gardens in Jackson, MS on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
