Patsy Josey Parks

GASTONIA, N.C. — Services for Patsy Josey Parks, 66, of Gastonia were held Saturday at Covenant United Methodist Church in Gastonia.
The Rev. David Mason officiated. Burial was in Gaston Memorial Park.

Arrangements were under the direction of Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia.

Mrs. Parks died Wednesday at her home.

She was a native of Bryan and was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church. She was a member of the VFW Woman’s Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Lee Parks Jr. of Gastonia; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Lee and Bobbie Jo Parks and James Douglas and Kathy Parks, all of Gastonia; two daughters and a son-in-law, Pamela Parks and Tammy and Billy Wayne Messer, all of Gastonia; a brother, James Josey of Bryan; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
