Mr. Ollis E. Josey, 87, of 1588 Josey Road, died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997, at Memorial Hospital of Washington County, Sandersville.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Apostolic Church of the Lord Jesus with the Rev. Vina Mae Josey officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Josey, a native of Washington County, was a retired farmer and a member of Apostolic Church of the Lord Jesus.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche Smith Josey; four sons, Jerry E. Josey, Ronnie O. Josey, Wayne M. Josey and William E. Josey, all of Bartow; one daughter, June Josey Simpson, Martinez; one brother, Harris B. Josey, Bartow; two sisters, Louise Smith, Wrightsville, and O'Kella Smith, Harrison; and 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
