Linda Faye (Bodell) Josey, 72, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.

Linda was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 25, 1944 to the late Grady and Melvon (Compton) Bodell. She worked as an Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Linda had a huge heart and loved taking care of people. She enjoyed having a house full of people, never closing her door to anyone in need.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Chris Talley (Rick), Evelyn Dean (Donald), Jennifer Rincon (George); sons, Eddie, James and Mike Josey; sister, Susan Bodell; brother, Larry Bodell (Lela-Maye); 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Leila Josey; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her son, Mark Josey; her parents; a sister, Barbara Money; brothers, Jerry, Charles, James and William Bodell; and a granddaughter, Kelly.
