SAN ANGELO Lenora A. "Tina" Josey, 91, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, in Montvale Cemetery in Sterling City. Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Grape Creek. Tina was born Aug. 3, 1920, to Luther and Glenora Hallmark in Crockett, Texas. She was raised in the Sterling City area and although life took her many places she later returned to Sterling City and made it her home. She also lived in Fort Stockton and Pensacola, Fla. Tina traveled many places and always loved to go. One of her favorite adventures was the Alaskan cruise. She had a great love for her Lord and she was always active in the Baptist church where she lived. Tina will be remember most for her famous homemade rolls. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Evelyn Dunn, Maudine Dean; and one brother, L.B. Hallmark. Tina is survived by her son, Jerry B. Pool and wife Elizabeth of Sweetwater; her daughters, Sandra Haigood of Sterling City, Glenda Patterson of Tuscon, Ariz.; and two stepsons, Randy Josey of Louisiana and Ricky Josey of Florida. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
