Jeanette W. Josey passed away on August 2, 2014 in Murfreesboro, TN.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Rutherford County. Jeanette worked as a nurse's aid before retiring.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Harry L. and Evelyn B. Warren Sr.; husband, Jessie Max Josey Sr.; daughter, Glenda Josey and daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Josey; sister-in-law, Carol Warren.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Josey; sons, Jessie "Bubba" Josey, Jeff (Linda) Josey, and John (Beth) Josey; grandchildren, Brian Ray Josey, Megan Anne Josey, Daniel Patrick Gifford, Mallory Ashton Josey, Katlynn "Katie" Bell, Jessie James Josey, Hannah Faith Josey, and Margaret Cheyenne Josey; brothers, Harry L. Warren Jr., Joe W. (Cheryl) Warren.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Jim Newman officiating. Henry McHenry, Ben Stacy, her sons and grandchildren will serve as active Pallbearers.
