MILLEDGEVILLE - Services for James Everett Josey will be at 4 p.m. today in Moores Funeral Home with burial in West View Cemetery. Josey, 86, died Wednesday, March 28, 2001. He was retired from the Naval Ordnance Plant and was sergeant in the National Guard. He was a former member of the board of directors of the American Red Cross, Baldwin County Democratic Party and Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Services. He was a member of Hardwick Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School for 32 years.

Survivors include his wife, Marguerite Josey; children Carl Josey of Vidalia and James Josey of Milledgeville; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
