Herbert Robert Green 13 Jan 1934 – 23 Apr 2021

Herbert Robert Green, 87, of Camilla died Friday, April 23, 2021 at his residence.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 25 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Decatur County. Honorary pallbearers will be his co-workers at Mitchell EMC.

Born January 13, 1934 in Decatur County, Mr. Green was the son of the late Lucius Green and Lula Brock Green. He retired from Mitchell EMC, after 33 years of service. Mr. Green was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Marcia Ann Josey Green of Camilla; two sons, Greg Green (Melanie) of Camilla and Travis Green (Karren) of Climax; six grandchildren, Blake Green (Brenda), Clint Green (Jessica), Katie Ansley, Courtney Ansley, Trevor Green, and Cory Green; six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 – 6 p.m. Saturday, April 24 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.
