Grant Boucher McCann Josey

MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mr. Grant Boucher McCann Josey, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Doctor's Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2014 at Platt's Belair Rd. Chapel with Pastor Daniel Cooper officiating. Survivors include his father, Allen Douglas Josey (Wini); three brothers, Raiff I.D. Josey Ashley), Barth L.D. Josey and A. Douglas Josey (Jill); a sister, Sara Josey Bryant (John); maternal grandmother, Sara Reid Messerly; two aunts, Karen Gonzalez and Kathleen Smith Harris; and two uncles, Richard Gonzalez and James Reid Messerly (Renee). Grant was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Boucher Josey; paternal grandparents, Dr. A. Izard and Elizabeth Douglas Josey; and maternal grandfather, James B. Messerly. Grant was an Installer for South Eastern Tile Company. He enjoyed hunting, camping, working out and going to the lake with family and friends. He was always working at bettering himself.
