After retirement, she loved spending time with her family,
resale shopping, cooking Sunday dinners and using her special sewing and
embroidery talents crafting unique gifts for her grandchildren and great
grandchildren. She always had a loving heart. She could lift anyone's spirits
with her amazing words of encouragement. Later in life, she became an avid
reader of Christian books; sometimes reading 3 to 4 per week. You could easily
find her in a chair exploring with her imagination with every turning of a new
page in her latest book purchase.
