Mrs. Eloise Josey Ballard, age 83 of Red Level, passed away Monday February 19, 2024 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11AM Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Red Level with Brother Billy Boles officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, February 23, 2024 at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband, George Alford Ballard of Red Level; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Wayne (Sandra Daniel) Ballard of Lizella, GA; grandchildren, Brittany Beth Gaddis of Olive Branch, MS and Zachary Blake (Ashton) Ballard of Wagoner, OK; great-grandchildren; Noah Drake Gaddis, Alexis Claire Gaddis, and Naomi Ballard; sister, Loretta Huggins of Deer Park, FL.
