Elizabeth Gay Josey Gervais 15 Jul 1950 – 2 Jan 2022

A Morris Street, Pembroke girl has passed on. Elizabeth Gervais nee Josey loved her family. Daughter of Foster Josey and Orpha Josey nee Fairfield and stepdaughter to Edna Josey nee Berry. Liz loved family trips to the East Coast to visit her uncles, aunts and cousins, especially Coline and Wendy. She lived in Brockville Psychiatric Hospital and many group homes till her last home, Royal Ottawa Place, Ottawa. Many of her friends lived there, too. She looked forward to monthly visits from her dad. She loved purses and earrings. What a devoted mom and dad she had! Thanks to all the staff at Royal Ottawa Place. They were her family, too. Liz/Betty will be missed.
