Cheryl Jossey Parmer, 53, of Leesburg, Ga., died Monday, Oct. 11, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Bryan Gerstel will officiate.
Cheryl had lived all of her life in
Albany and Leesburg. She was a homemaker and a member of Beacon Baptist Church. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Thomas Jossey and a grandson, Noah Spangenberg.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Parmer, Sr. of Leesburg, Ga.; mother, Alma Jossey of Lake Blackshear; her children, Miranda Spangenberg of Lee County, Ga., Tracy Rossow of Wentzville, Mo., Beverly Kembrell of Smithville, Ga., and Robert Parmer, Jr. of Smithville, Ga.; grandson, Joshua Spangenberg of Lee County, Ga.; a brother and his wife, Randy and Lynn Jossey of Albany, Ga.; nieces, Rachal Jossey, Melissa Jossey (Jimmy Proctor), Tristan Proctor, Jailyn Proctor and Kaylan Burchett, and a newphew, Caden Powell.
The family will receive friends from
6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Mathews Funeral Home.
The family will be at her daughter's residence, Miranda Spangenber,
122 Glendale Road in Leesburg, Ga.
